The MLS appears to be perking up!
In the past 24 hours agents have posted the following on the MLS: 50 new single-family home listings, 49 new condo listings, 5 new 2-4 unit listings and 4 listings for 5+ unit buildings. Perhaps April showers are bringing a flowering of April listings.
