Anyone can sell you anything,  but you don’t want just anyone help you buy your largest asset.

“Agent,” you say? How about Agent-plus?

My name is Kevin Ho and I’d like to welcome you to the real estate world.  Most agents out there will cover the basics for you, but most don’t come with the skills and knowledge that I have:

  • I am a broker associate at Vanguard Properties here in San Francisco and I was a full-time lawyer for 7 years here in San Francisco; transacting real estate is my main focus now.  I grew up in Iowa, but my goal was always to make San Francisco home.  My law degree is from U.C. Berkeley and I hold a master’s from the University of London and my BA is from WashU.
  • Also, I’ve worked as a reporter, lawyer and mediator. Previously, I worked in insurance coverage law, employment & HR, business and real estate law.   Now, however, I now mainly focus on real estate – it’s more rewarding and I get to actually help people!  Nevertheless, I still hone my real estate knowledge and maintain my license and membership in the State Bar’s Real Property Section and the Subsection on Construction and Development.

All this helps me find the right property for my buyers and the right buyer for my sellers.  My unorthodox listing methods led to me being written up in the the New York Times (positively, mind you).  I hold all my open houses personally but also use special events, social media, and new-tech marketing methods to reach more people than ever before.

My innovative and responsive buying assistance leads me to post my buyer’s video previews on YouTube and listings on Facebook, for example.  Yet, I still take the time to counsel and guide my first-time clients alongside my seasoned ones alike to ensure my clients are absolutely comfortable and supported throughout the lifecycle of any transaction they have with me.

Why do all of this? Well, I see my job as sorting out  San Francisco’s real estate opportunities for you – legalese, lingo and comps alike – and I will work my hardest to deliver the most value to you in this most valuable of assets.  I look forward to hearing from you.
