When you reach out to us about listing and selling your property, we’ll start by discussing your goals and its unique story. Listing and Pre-Planning

Where we meet and greet with you, tour the property, pull the comps and consider the options. 

GOAL: Signed listing agreement

Disclosing and Marketing

Just before we officially launch and are waiting for the photos and other collateral that usually includes a professional property video, 3D Tour, floor plans and printed collateral, we will work through the disclosure obligations sellers are required to fulfil in California. This will usually involve pre-sale inspections which we will coordinate.  

GOAL: By the first showings to the public and MLS debut, we would have the disclosure package in hand and the property will sparkle for open houses, broker tours and private showings.

After an offer is accepted, we work with the buyer brokers, buyers, escrow, lenders, appraisers or any number of other people who could be involved (e.g., HOA managers, TIC lawyers, estate attorneys) to bring the sale to a close.
