We’re Kevin+Company, led by Kevin Ho of Vanguard Properties in San Francisco. Jonathan McNarry, my longtime professional collaborator, and I continue to help clients together while charting our own personal paths. After more than 15 years in the Bay Area’s competitive and ever-evolving residential market, we’ve grown into an expanding business that now includes talented agents and new opportunities—all focused on delivering the same thoughtful, detailed, and proven service we’re known for.

For years, our real estate adventures were brightened by Raffi, our beloved black Labrador and career-change Guide Dog for the Blind. He set the standard for wagging tails at open houses and bringing smiles to closings. While Raffi will always be one-of-a-kind, we’re thrilled to have Radu, a Guide Dogs for the Blind breeder pup, as the newest member of the team. He’s not here to replace Raffi but to carry the torch—offering paw-shakes, curious looks, and a whole lot of sunshine as clients take their next big steps.
