Had a great time representing a no-nonsense buyer in purchasing this Noe Valley condo in that sought-after two-bedroom, one bath, condominium ‘sweet spot’ in MLS District 5 – all for under $600,000 too. Congratulations.
And here’s what my client had to say about it:
I met Kevin at an open house for another property he was representing at the time. Immediately gravitated to the combination of smarts, directness and low ‘salesiness.’ In addition, to a shared enthusiasm for battlestar galactica. Kevin is a salesmen no question but more of a luxury high end sedan type versus used car. He knew his stuff, had opinions but wasn’t going to say whatever I wanted to hear to get the sale. I also was very attracted to his legal background. I was looking at TICs and condos with a lot of concerns of going to TIC route. Kevin reads contracts in detail and really protects your interests – he knows his stuff on this. I finally decided to hire him after he submitted to an hour of my rapid fire questioning on the sf real estate market where he drew lots of graphs to illustrate his points – this really impressed me but also proved a stronger understanding of the market than other realtors I spoke with. I can’t tell you how many times I went to an open house and a realtor told me something flat out wrong – I felt a lot of confidence throughout the process knowing I was working with someone who new there stuff inside out. I ended up in a great condo in Noe Valley that fits all my needs and couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
