This includes collateral marketing materials and advertising — even disclosure documents are a means to convey quality. The Vanguard Brand. It should go without saying that the company’s branding is head and shoulders above. Our listings will be fully use Vanguard’s noted and distinct professional photography, print collateral design, and wide-reaching marketing channels that includes online and traditional outlets like signage, mailers, print ads, and special events.  

Social Creatures… Yes, we market our listings online and using social media. But we go above and beyond by injecting personality, levity and humor (where appropriate) to set our listings apart. We create custom websites, QR-codes, advertise on twitter, facebook, linkedin, instagram as well as outlets like Zillow and Trulia.

One Example: Some of these efforts include real estate videos featuring our big black dog Raffi. For one luxury listing in Eureka Valley we out a traditional real estate tour video next to video tour following Raffi around the house. The Raffi video saw 3x the traffic.
